Kyle E. Boose
Kyle E. Boose practices mainly in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration for The Law Group.
Mr. Boose began working with The Law Group in August of 2016. He was sworn in as an attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois on November 10, 2016, after passing the Illinois Bar Exam.
Kyle E. Boose was born March 6, 1989 in Olney, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Eastern Illinois University in December 2012. He went on to attend Southern Illinois University School of Law where he qualified for Dean’s List for High Academic Achievement during the Fall of 2013, Spring and Fall of 2014, and Spring of 2016. He also received academic awards for his studies in Basic Estate Planning and Criminal Law. Mr. Boose graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2016 with his Juris Doctorate Degree with a Specialization in Business and Transactional Law.
While at the Southern Illinois University School of Law, Mr. Boose worked as a Research Assistant for Professor William A. Drennan and was noted for his research skills in articles published by the Penn State Law Review and Southern Methodist University Law Review. Mr. Boose also worked for the Southern Illinois University Elder Law Clinic where he was able to use his Law Student Temporary Law License, subject to Supreme Court Rule 711, to gain invaluable experience prior to graduating. During his final years of Law School, Mr. Boose worked as a law clerk at the law firm of Gilbert Huffman Prosser Hewson and Barke, Ltd. located in downtown Carbondale, Illinois.
Kyle E. Boose is current President of the Effingham Bar Association; a member of the American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. He currently resides in Effingham.
